About The Position
Works flexible hours as needed in the maintenance of City properties including mowing city rights of way and other city properties. Also works in the planting and maintenance of various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers on City properties, as well as the maintenance of irrigation systems. Performs other duties as required. Operates light equipment including small tractor, riding mower, backhoe, small dump truck, weed eater, and blower.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Some experience in landscaping maintenance
- Experience in the operation and scheduled maintenance of light equipment required for the job
- Valid driver's license
