About The Position

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is seeking a safety-conscious Equipment Operator/Technician to support our Thermal Operations in Three Rivers, TX. This role involves operating heavy equipment, assisting in thermal operations, managing truck traffic, and performing maintenance tasks. Nice To Haves

Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
Experience with centrifuge and injection well operations

Responsibilities

Safely operate heavy equipment (Excavators, ADT’s, Wheel Loaders, Forklifts) for material handling.
Perform daily or per-shift equipment cleaning, along with pre- and post-operation inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Assist in thermal operations, including monitoring and controlling process levels, temperatures, pressures, and flows.
Manage truck traffic and oversee the unloading of End Dumps and Bottle Trucks in designated pits.
Assist with washouts of End Dumps and Bottle Trucks.
Work as a team to deliver results during planned outages.
Meet deadlines on pending repairs to run out operations efficiently.
Follow safety regulations and attend daily meetings.
