The Equipment Operator- Inbound role involves moving cases of product from the inbound dock to storage locations in the warehouse using a standing reach truck or stock picker.

Requirements

• Ability to maintain minimum cases per hour productivity requirements and work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to operate and inspect warehouse equipment (Stock Picker, Pallet Jack, etc.).
• Ability to resolve inventory discrepancies through research and physical counts.
• Ability to meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
• Ability to inspect products for defects or damages & report any discrepancies.
• Ability to maintain a safe and clean warehouse and follow all safety rules.
• Professional conduct and focus.
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods, and lift.

Responsibilities

• Move cases of product from the inbound dock to storage locations in the warehouse using a standing reach truck or stock picker.
• Properly account for the location of incoming goods.
• Assure no damaged items are received.
• Compare packing lists to company purchase orders (PO) and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list.
• Update the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory.
• Package products for return to vendors and fill out any necessary paperwork such as OS&D's.
• Unload deliveries from trucks.
• Receive and sign for deliveries.
• Maintain minimum cases per hour productivity requirements and work with a sense of urgency.
• Operate and inspect warehouse equipment to perform role (Stock Picker, Pallet Jack, etc.).
• Resolve inventory discrepancies through research and physical counts.
• Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy standards.
• Inspect products for defects or damages & report any discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse.
• Follow all safety rules.
