About The Position

As a Manufacturing Equipment Operator I (Level One), you will safely and efficiently operate various equipment and machinery in a manufacturing plant. This entry-level position is suited to individuals seeking to begin a manufacturing career and gain hands-on experience in a production environment. Shifts available are 1st (6 a.m.–2 p.m.), 2nd (2–10 p.m.), and 3rd (10 p.m.–6 a.m.).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift or move heavy objects when necessary.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Commitment to safety practices and procedures.
• Proficiency in basic math and measurement concepts.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently after training.
• Capability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Adaptability to changing work demands and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate designated machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Set up and adjust equipment, and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Monitor equipment operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output.

• Visually inspect equipment for potential issues or defects.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials onto machines.
• Meet production quotas and quality standards consistently.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
