We are looking for an experienced, hands-on mechanic to join our Oregon service shop. You do not need experience with our specific equipment, and you do not need to be a certified diesel mechanic. If you have experience repairing heavy equipment, construction equipment, hydraulic equipment, or industrial machinery, we can provide the specialized training. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, taking equipment apart, making repairs, and getting machines back into service. Compensation Starting compensation is based on mechanical experience, hydraulic knowledge, troubleshooting ability, and your ability to independently complete repairs. Highly experienced technicians who can take ownership of the shop, independently diagnose and complete repairs, and consistently produce quality billable work have additional earning potential. Productivity-based incentives are also available in addition to base hourly compensation.
