About The Position

The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring an Equipment Mechanic/Pipefitter on a full-time permanent basis. This role requires onsite work located in Regina, SK. The shift is 4 days on, then 3 days off, totaling 37.33 hours per week. This is an opportunity for an experienced Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitter to work for one of Canada’s largest integrated refining and upgrading complexes. Requirements

• Journeyperson Level Steamfitter/Pipefitter qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years experience directly related to the required duties.
• Honest and trustworthy, results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• Believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.

Nice To Haves

• Experience directly related to the required duties of the Trade at the Complex is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently carry out Trade duties as a Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitter of the Maintenance Department at a Journeyman level of responsibility.
• Complete the maintenance portion of equipment isolations (installation of blanks), equipment repair (heat exchangers, piping systems), new piping installation, and rigging.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures implemented by the Refinery.
