About The Position
The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring an Equipment Mechanic/Pipefitter on a full-time permanent basis. This role requires onsite work located in Regina, SK. The shift is 4 days on, then 3 days off, totaling 37.33 hours per week. This is an opportunity to work for one of Canada’s largest integrated refining and upgrading complexes for an experienced Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitter. Requirements
- Journeyperson Level Steamfitter/Pipefitter qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years experience directly related to the required duties.
- Honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strives to be the best.
- Believes in collaboration, building relationships, and values the perspectives of others.
Nice To Haves
- Experience directly related to the required duties of the Trade at the Complex.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently carry out Trade duties as a Journeyperson Steamfitter/Pipefitter of the Maintenance Department at a Journeyman level of responsibility.
- Complete the maintenance portion of equipment isolations (installation of blanks), equipment repair (heat exchangers, piping systems), new piping installation, and rigging.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures implemented by the Refinery.
