You will collaborate with our team to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

  • Solid understanding of construction equipment.
  • Experience in equipment maintenance and repair.

  • Must pass a drug test.
  • Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on a variety of construction equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with the team to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
  • Sharing knowledge with newer technicians and customers.
  • Communicating with the shop, dispatch, and counter staff to ensure a five-star customer experience.
