You will collaborate with our team to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed. Requirements

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Solid understanding of construction equipment.
Experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
Proactive approach to problem-solving.
Commitment to upholding safety standards in the workplace.
Must pass a drug test.
Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on a variety of construction equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborating with the team to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
Sharing knowledge with newer technicians and customers.
Communicating with the shop, dispatch, and counter staff to ensure a five-star customer experience.
