About The Position

Renesas Electronics is hiring an experienced Photolithography Maintenance Technician to support its manufacturing facility in Palm Bay, Florida. The role performs preventative and corrective maintenance on tool sets in the Photolithography/Metrology area, including Canon iW/i1 Steppers, Perkin Elmer Aligners 600, SVG90/88/86 tracks, TEL ACT8 Coater and Developer tracks, Hitachi SEM, and IVS metrology tools.

This is a 100% onsite night-shift position on a compressed schedule: three 12-hour shifts (Monday through Wednesday, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) one week, followed by four 12-hour shifts (Monday through Thursday, 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) the next week. Weekends are off. The position offers development opportunities at a company designing and manufacturing high-performance analog semiconductors.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical studies, military training, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 5 years supporting TEL ACT8 coat/develop tracks.
• At least 5 years of experience in a semiconductor-manufacturing environment.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Equipment Maintenance Field.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Strong electronic skills.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Knowledge of SPC and how it is used and implemented in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Must meet applicable U.S. person requirements for ITAR access: be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on tool sets in the Photolithography/Metrology area.
• Perform corrective maintenance on tool sets in the Photolithography/Metrology area.
• Support equipment including Canon iW/i1 Steppers, Perkin Elmer Aligners 600, SVG90/88/86 tracks, TEL ACT8 Coater and Developer tracks, Hitachi SEM, and IVS metrology tools.
