About The Position

Analog Devices is seeking an experienced Photolithography Equipment Technician with broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems used in semiconductor manufacturing. The technician will maintain and troubleshoot photolithography equipment, including complex systems and component-level issues, and use performance data to support equipment and process improvements. This is an experienced, third-shift/night position with no required travel.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience with photolithography equipment.
Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems in semiconductor manufacturing.
Ability to troubleshoot to the component level when necessary.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and using diagnostic tools.
Good understanding of the Photo Process.

Nice To Haves

Hands-on experience with ASML /100 or ASML /700 equipment.
Hands-on experience with Nikon SF100, SF130, or SF155 equipment.
Hands-on experience with TEL ACT 8 tracks.
Hands-on experience with Ultratech steppers.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance, identifying root causes and implementing solutions for repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, a DVM, an oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment.
Implement improvements to machine availability, cycle time, mean time between failures (MTBF), scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment downtime.
Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downtime.
Analyze tool performance data and drive improvement activities based on findings.
Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health.
Complete projects on time using effective time and project management.
Maintain attention to detail and follow up to maximize operational production and efficiency.
