As the Equipment and Operations Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking equipment, HVAC/Refrigeration and Kitchen Exhaust Hood & Ducts at our customer locations. Our technicians provide preventative maintenance services & inspections, and respond to emergency service calls on equipment including fryers, ovens, steamers, ice machines, coolers, freezers, commercial kitchen exhaust hood systems, and more.
