As a Level IV Equipment Maintenance Technician, you are a highly capable technical team member who can solve most equipment issues independently across multiple equipment types or maintenance disciplines. This role is ideal for an experienced technician who applies Reliability Excellence practices, communicates clearly, and contributes effectively with cross-functional teams. If you're a hands-on problem solver with strong mechanical aptitude who takes pride in keeping equipment running safely and efficiently, this could be the opportunity for you.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least four years of applicable maintenance experience, or equivalent technical education.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to complete powered industrial equipment training, and capable of working independently across multiple maintenance tasks

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Experience performing preventative and predictive maintenance.
  • Experience with root-cause analysis and equipment reliability improvement.
  • Experience working with Lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement processes.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working with maintenance management or computerized maintenance management systems.
  • A willingness to learn new equipment, technologies, and processes.
  • A willingness to work overtime or adjust your schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Independently troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance
  • Read equipment drawings and schematics
  • Support welding, soldering, fabrication, and machining needs
  • Lead shift startup activities
  • Promote Reliability Excellence practices
  • Supporting cross-functional problem solving.
