Equipment Lube Technician
About The Position
This role involves performing essential maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes, identifying potential machine damage, repair issues, and safety concerns. The technician will collaborate with the PM Coordinator to manage schedules, confirm job completion, and report necessary follow-up repairs. The position requires a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills are essential for addressing customer concerns. The technician must be willing to participate in training for new machine products and possess basic hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills. The ability to obtain a CDL license is required, with prior attainment being preferred. The role operates on a 2nd shift but requires flexibility to work days with advance notice.
Requirements
- Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work alone with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle any customer concerns.
- Must be willing to attend any schools or training courses needed to advance technical competencies as new machine products are introduced.
- Must be able to work 2nd shift, but flexible enough to work days with proper notice as needed.
- Ability to obtain a CDL license, prior obtainment preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Basic hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills are a plus.
