About The Position

The Equipment Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance such as oil and filter changes. This role involves identifying potential machine damage, repair issues, and safety concerns. The technician will collaborate with the PM Coordinator to establish schedules, verify job completion, and report any necessary follow-up repairs.

Requirements

• Candidate must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work alone with minimal supervision.
• The technician must have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle any customer concerns.
• Candidate must be willing to attend any schools or training courses needed to advance technical competencies as new machine products are introduced.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift, but flexible enough to work days with proper notice as needed.
• Job requires the ability to obtain a CDL license, prior obtainment preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Basic hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills are a plus.
