About The Position

Brayman Construction in Saxonburg, PA is seeking a career-oriented, experienced Equipment/Logistics Coordinator to support our growing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in logistics, fleet management, and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in keeping our fleet and logistics operations running smoothly and compliantly.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, licensing, and permitting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across field, shop, and office teams
  • Clean driving record
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and mobile/ELD technologies
  • Experience with HCSS and accounting software (Viewpoint is a plus)
  • Highly organized with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics, fleet, or equipment administration preferred
  • AEMP Equipment Management Specialist (EMS) certification is a plus
  • Relevant training or certifications related to fleet/logistics operations are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle registrations, renewals, titles, insurance cards, and IFTA fuel permits/filings
  • Track and maintain Coast Guard watercraft registrations and renewals
  • Apply for and secure heavy haul permits
  • Oversee company fuel card program
  • Manage EZ Pass accounts and transponder tracking
  • Administer ELD devices and ensure Hours of Service (HOS) compliance
  • Maintain DOT qualification files for commercial drivers
  • Manage DOT Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements
  • Assist with internal trucking schedules and logistics coordination
  • Support logistics budgeting and cost tracking
  • Track and manage fleet assets (trucks, trailers, and equipment)
  • Provide support to Equipment and Asset Managers on special projects
