About The Position

Requirements

Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, licensing, and permitting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across field, shop, and office teams
Clean driving record
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and mobile/ELD technologies
Experience with HCSS and accounting software (Viewpoint is a plus)
Highly organized with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

5+ years of experience in logistics, fleet, or equipment administration preferred
AEMP Equipment Management Specialist (EMS) certification is a plus
Relevant training or certifications related to fleet/logistics operations are a plus

Responsibilities

Manage vehicle registrations, renewals, titles, insurance cards, and IFTA fuel permits/filings
Track and maintain Coast Guard watercraft registrations and renewals
Apply for and secure heavy haul permits
Oversee company fuel card program
Manage EZ Pass accounts and transponder tracking
Administer ELD devices and ensure Hours of Service (HOS) compliance
Maintain DOT qualification files for commercial drivers
Manage DOT Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements
Assist with internal trucking schedules and logistics coordination
Support logistics budgeting and cost tracking
Track and manage fleet assets (trucks, trailers, and equipment)
Provide support to Equipment and Asset Managers on special projects
