About The Position

The main purpose of this job is to learn and perform all aspects of an equipment transaction from prospecting with direct sales team to pricing, documentation, booking and servicing new customers. This role involves reaching out to clients and prospective clients via phone calls and other referral sources, and assisting the sales team with the development of new marketing ideas, campaigns, list creation and other items that aid market development. The position requires a motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. An inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills is desired. The ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values is also important. Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 1+ year experience in equipment finance/banking/sales, or other related industry experience required
