About The Position
At Regions, the Equipment Finance Operations Specialist is responsible for specialized clerical work and supporting equipment finance operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) years of banking related work experience
- General knowledge of banking procedures
- Ability to multi-task and handle time pressures while working efficiently and accurately
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong initiative and self starter
- Strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Carries out specialized research to resolve problems
- Assists with training personnel in the department
- Recommends latest methods to improve departmental procedures
- Monitors laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Maintains forecasted production to meet departmental goals
- Enters and balances accounts receivable on a daily basis
- Processes bills for payment
- Issues checks for accounts payable
