About The Position

Design, develop, and optimize photolithography processes and equipment for semiconductor fabrication. Lead process improvement projects to enhance yield, quality, and efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to photolithography equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of photolithography processes/equipment. Establish and improve process condition and technology. Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. Establish and modify process management projects. Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. Abnormal analysis and improvement. Work on tools, processes, or wafer fabrication recipes. Troubleshoot wafer fabrication problems and perform root cause analysis. Work with other process areas to understand and control process deviations. Work with shift engineering and other functional areas. Evaluate products to ensure they meet the required design and performance specifications. Conduct research to assess process adjustment requirements and recommend process improvements or equipment changes needed to efficiently manufacture new product or part types.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
  • Photolithography equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Photolithography equipment and processes
  • Data analysis and statistical tools: Yield3, JMP, FDC, or SPC
  • Tracking equipment operation on TEL track including Lithius and Lithius PRo+
  • Circuits, sensors, and signal flow
  • Electrical schematics and piping
  • Instrumentation diagrams
