The Equipment Delivery Driver is responsible for timely delivery and installation of copiers and office equipment. The role includes checking equipment against paperwork, verifying serial numbers, securing loads to prevent damage, and inspecting vehicles before daily routes. Drivers work directly with customers to provide courteous assistance, ensure machines operate properly after installation, and arrange a service call when necessary. They communicate progress throughout the day to the Logistics Manager so information can be shared with sales staff, and document returned machines, including copy counts and accessory serial numbers. The driver must complete and pass an acceptable DOT exam and have a clear driving record. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position. Occasional weekend work and overtime may be available depending on workload. The work takes place in an office and warehouse environment. The warehouse is heated but not cooled, so it may be very hot in summer and very cold in winter. The role requires lifting 50–75 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
