The Equipment Delivery Driver is responsible for timely delivery and installation of copiers and office equipment. The role requires loading and securing equipment to prevent damage, checking equipment against paperwork to verify serial numbers, and inspecting vehicles before daily routes to ensure proper operation. Drivers interact courteously with customers, support proper machine operation after installation, and place a service call when necessary. They communicate progress throughout the day to the Logistics Manager so information can be shared with sales staff, and document returned machines, including copy counts and accessory serial numbers. The role requires a clear driving record and completion of an acceptable DOT exam. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work and overtime available depending on workload. Work takes place in an office and warehouse environment; the warehouse is heated but not cooled, so temperatures can be very hot in summer and very cold in winter. The employee must be capable of lifting 50–75 pounds. A high school diploma is required.
