The Equipment Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting equipment, fixtures, and related materials to and from warehouse and store locations. This role involves assisting with loading, unloading, receiving, staging, and organizing deliveries. The driver will also connect, remove, install, and disconnect equipment as needed for store support, projects, and relocations. Maintaining equipment through inspection, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting is also a key part of the job. The position requires successful completion of training and operation of powered equipment for material handling, such as forklifts. The driver will use various tools and equipment to support delivery and installation activities, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and accurately. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, accurate records, delivery logs, and equipment tracking are essential. The role also includes conducting vehicle inspections, reporting maintenance needs, and ensuring proper notification and approval for all equipment transfers. Effective communication with various teams and support for general warehouse operations are also expected. The position encourages self-growth and development planning with a supervisor.
