About The Position
DAC Worldwide is seeking Equipment Assemblers to join their growing team. The role involves working in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility to build industry-leading technical training equipment. The position offers opportunities for career growth with two pay levels based on experience and skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and assembly.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read blueprints and product specifications in English.
- Dependable attendance and ability to report ready to work for a 7:00 a.m. start time.
Nice To Haves
- Basic plumbing experience.
- Hydraulic and pneumatic experience.
- Basic HVAC experience.
- Experience soldering copper tubing.
- Manufacturing, assembly, maintenance, or technical repair experience.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, subassemblies, and finished products.
- Assemble electrical components and wiring associated with finished systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and product specifications.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
- Identify and correct defective or damaged components.
- Perform equipment testing, calibration, and quality checks.
- Help ensure all products meet DACW's quality standards.
