About The Position

An Equipment Setup employee assembles beverages, ice, condiments and non-food items such as cutlery, napkins, linens and dishware for a flight. There is an initiation fee of $75.00 and union monthly dues of $86.80. Must be able to work either AM shift (6:00am-2:30pm) or PM shift (2:30pm-11:00pm).

Requirements

• Must be able to read and write to complete required forms
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers
• Works assigned schedule which may vary and could include weekends and holidays
• Works overtime when required
• Arrives to work on-time
• Completes paperwork and related administrative duties.
• 18+ years of age
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product, equipment and supplies up to fifty (50) pounds frequently during shift
• Regularly stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Up to one-year of experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assembles equipment according to airline specifications following procedures and assembly diagrams
• Sorts, wraps, and packs airline dry goods, liquor, and equipment into airline carts according to airline specifications
• Keeps production areas in compliance with sanitation standards and customer requirements
• Documents inventory in compliance with company requirements
• Follows directions
• Works as a member of a team
• Additional duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management
