About The Position

This is a student employment position for an EQUIP Rehabilitation Assistant within the Physical Therapy department. The role involves various administrative and organizational tasks to support the EQUIP organization. The position is available for the Academic Year 26/27 and is a Federal Work-Study opportunity.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to self-initiate and work independently

Nice To Haves

• Undergraduate student enrolled in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Health Science Studies
• Proficiency with Canva

Responsibilities

• Printing of materials
• Organization of supplies and equipment
• Uploading and organizing documents to the EQUIP organization Blackboard
• Occasionally picking up supplies within the local area
• Entering data into spreadsheets
• Uploading and organizing photos of all events
• Creation of flyers & hanging of flyers for upcoming events
• Assisting with booking of room reservations for events
• Other duties as assigned
