About The Position
LIM (Leather in Motion) is a French group specialized in the design, manufacture, and distribution of luxury and high-performance horse-riding saddles. The company has about twenty subsidiaries in Europe and North America, with brands like DEVOUCOUX, CWD, and BUTET. LIM is seeking an Equine Outside Sales Representative for Michigan. As a saddle fitter specialist, you will be in direct contact with equine professionals, acting as a technical advisor, developing and managing your customer base independently, representing the brand at competitions, and creating a unique client experience through knowledge and customer service.
Requirements
- A clean driving record
- Strong organizational skills
- Mature, independent, and dynamic personality
- Passionate rider with an understanding of equine healthcare and sport expectations
- Willingness to travel extensively
Nice To Haves
- At least one successful experience in field sales
- Full knowledge and understanding of the English riding industry and horseshows
Responsibilities
- Become the most talented technical advisor within your territory
- Develop and manage your customer base independently (Amateurs, Trainers, Pro-Riders, Barns)
- Represent the brand at international and local competitions
- Create a unique experience for clients through your knowledge and best-in-class customer service
