About The Position
Premier Garage of Southern Maine is seeking an Epoxy Floor Installer / Painter / Coatings Technician to join their team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in detailed craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a growing business. The company installs premium garage floor coatings and storage systems throughout Southern Maine. While experience with epoxy flooring is a plus, it is not required as training will be provided for the right candidate. This position is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in painting, coatings, concrete work, flooring, auto body, construction, drywall finishing, or other detail-oriented trades.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record for last two years, and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift materials and work in a physically demanding environment
- Comfortable working with tools and learning new techniques
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Experience with epoxy flooring
- Experience in painting, coatings, construction, flooring, or another hands-on trade
- Experience driving a trailer
Responsibilities
- Grind and prepare concrete surfaces for coating
- Install premium epoxy/polyaspartic garage floor systems
- Help install garage cabinetry and storage systems as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Take pride in high-quality finished work
