About The Position

Epicor Kinetic Technical Analyst / Integrator Harvey Vogel Manufacturing is seeking an Epicor Kinetic Technical Analyst / Integrator to support, improve, and connect ERP systems across our manufacturing operations. This role works closely with production, finance, engineering, and leadership to turn business needs into practical system solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience, strong technical skills, and a practical understanding of how ERP systems support daily operations in a manufacturing environment. This position is mostly onsite with some work from home opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience
  • Proven ability to analyze business needs and improve processes through ERP solutions
  • Hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience, including: BAQs, Dashboards, Data Definitions, Report Styles
  • Crystal Reports
  • SSRS reporting
  • BPMs, Functions, Application Studio
  • Strong SQL Server skills
  • Experience integrating ERP with other business systems

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-company or multi-currency ERP experience, including integration of multiple companies
  • Experience with Epicor modules such as Warehouse, QuickShip, ECM, and Financials
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, including: Inventory, costing, purchasing, production, and shipping
  • Practical problem solver focused on measurable improvements
  • Strong communicator who can work effectively with IT, leadership, and shop-floor teams
  • Organized, accountable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Results-oriented and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

  • Support effective use of Epicor Kinetic across departments and business functions
  • Identify underused functionality and recommend practical improvements
  • Partner with operations, finance, engineering, and other teams to improve workflows
  • Translate user feedback into practical system enhancements and process improvements
  • Develop, test, and deploy BPMs, Functions, and Application Studio solutions
  • Support upgrades, enhancements, and system releases with minimal disruption to operations
  • Support integrations between Epicor and related business systems, including ERP, CRM, PLM, and other platforms
  • Create clear procedures, documentation, and training resources for users
  • Build and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports to support business needs
  • Provide reporting and analysis that supports informed business decisions
  • Improve visibility into inventory, costing, production, shipping, and financial data
  • Provide day-to-day ERP support and troubleshoot user issues
  • Train users with clear, practical guidance tailored to their roles
  • Identify gaps, risks, and recurring issues; recommend sustainable solutions
  • Evaluate new tools and technologies that support operational improvement
  • Support integration, modernization, and process improvement initiatives
  • Help improve how systems scale with the needs of the business
