This role is focused on the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Epic Willow/Beacon, supporting oncology workflows and improving clinical documentation and patient care delivery. You’ll work closely with clinicians, IT, and operational teams to enhance system performance and usability.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy or PharmD
Epic Beacon, Epic Willow Certification
2-3+ years relevant Epic Analyst experience
Strong understanding of clinical workflows (oncology preferred)
Experience with build, optimization, and support
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Integrity, passion, and ethics are required

Responsibilities

Participate in application design, validation, and advanced design sessions within assigned area.
Design/implement future-state workflows by interacting with department representatives to analyze needs then translate these into system design.
Design, build, and validate the application to conform to desired workflows.
Participate in Epic testing as developed and directed by the team; document test results.
Support end-users onsite during go-live events, provide on-call support to end-users on a scheduled basis.
Maintain system documentation to enable ongoing support of the system.
Review/test new builds and releases prior to implementation in the production environment.
Identify potential system enhancement need.
