About The Position
The Epic Willow Analyst I is responsible for basic system configuration, maintenance, and support for Willow Ambulatory applications under direct supervision. The Analyst I focuses on foundational tasks such as system build, end-user support, and routine troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a position that had the same or similar primary duties in a healthcare setting, such as analysis, build, and testing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare IT or pharmacy operations.
- Epic Willow Ambulatory certification or willingness to obtain within six months.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, or related field.
