Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst - Information Tech (Days)
About The Position
The Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and supporting the Epic Willow Ambulatory Retail Pharmacy module and workflows. Familiarity with retail pharmacy workflows, regulatory requirements, and patient experiences as well as understanding a wide array of integration points is required. Willow Ambulatory Analysts must serve as a liaison between the technical and clinical staff and must escalate appropriately to resolve issues. Depending on operations, business or project needs, Willow Ambulatory Analysts may be asked to perform duties outside what is defined in the job description on a temporary basis.
Requirements
- Familiarity with retail pharmacy workflows.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with patient experiences.
- Understanding of a wide array of integration points.
- Competency requirement.
Nice To Haves
- Current Epic certification(s) or accreditation in the area of support is preferred.
- Epic certification in other areas may be considered initially.
- Compass Rose/Specialty pharmacy knowledge is a plus.
- Additional Epic Certifications or Accreditations and Badges are preferred but not required.
- Analyst level and role specific qualifications outlined in the Information Technology Analyst Ladder policy.
