The Role The MS Epic Training Specialist collaborates with the healthcare organizations’ training teams to coordinate and support in three key areas: communications and training delivery, digital platform innovation & Learning Management System administration, and technical operations. The MS Epic Training Specialist provides leadership and strategic direction for the training teams within the Managed Services division of Nordic Global. This role requires significant training expertise in supporting large-scale and critical healthcare applications and can provide training leadership for large application upgrade, migration, and consolidation projects. Design and training are based upon identified needs of our clients at both the group and system level, aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, quality measures, and patient experience. Proposes innovative learning solutions, and pilots and implements the approved innovations. Manages medium to large scale end user training projects/programs that have high visibility.
