This position is remote with occasional onsite presence required to support operational needs, project work, workflow assessments, testing, training, meetings, go-live activities & other requirements as needed. Candidate must live in Ohio. EpicCare Inpatient Procedure Orders certification required, with expertise in procedure orders, order sets, order panels, order frequencies, order questions, order composer, preference lists, manage orders activity, and related clinical workflows. Experience with order transmittal, device integration, and (BPAM) preferred. On-call rotation is required. Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment while maintaining strong collaboration with team members & stakeholders. Analyses business needs, defines requirements, implements systems, and manages installed applications in a complex architecture. Provides technical and advice and guidance to team members. Carries out systems analysis and oversees the planning, design and implementation for large and complex systems ensuring business areas requirements are met. Schedules the work of systems analysts providing technical guidance and mentoring and ensures that project deadlines are met. Documents system design, testing, and maintenance procedures for future reference. Assures data integrity and system survivability by developing and maintaining Disaster Recovery plans for assigned systems. Collaborates with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications. Evaluates the effectiveness of existing systems and applications and recommends modifications to improve system performance. Collaborates with project managers and other team members to ensure project goals are met. Oversees and coordinates system testing, user acceptance testing and end-user training.
