About The Position

In Epic consulting at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for Epic software solutions. Your work will involve possessing in-depth knowledge of Epic applications and assisting clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. The Opportunity As part of the Epic Managed Services team, you will oversee large-scale support and optimization engagements for healthcare providers. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to healthcare executives, leveraging your influence and operational knowledge to deliver exceptional outcomes while driving performance across distributed teams. This role offers the chance to lead enterprise Epic managed services programs, securing operational stability and continuous improvement while strengthening long-term client relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 8 years of experience
Epic certification in modules (e.g., Ambulatory, Cadence, ClinDoc, Resolute, MyChart, Orders)

Nice To Haves

Master's Degree in Health Administration, Public Health preferred
Experience leading enterprise Epic support programs
Understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory compliance
Proven success managing distributed delivery teams
Developing service dashboards and operational performance metrics
Demonstrating financial acumen in managing revenue engagements
Excelling in client relationship management
Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Experience managing large-scale managed services engagements
