About The Position

With some supervision, will provide design and build expertise of Epic Security. Develops, upgrades, and supports Epic Security, ensuring consistent documentation standards. Knowledge transfer with co-workers and client base is a key function of the position. Exhibits a learning approach in achieving knowledge proficiency in Epic from a functional and build perspective. Consistently utilizes critical thinking and analytic abilities in seeking and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of an Associate's degree in healthcare, computer or other related field.
• Epic Security certification at time of hire or must obtain within 6 months after hire.
• Epic SER Badge at time of hire or must obtain within 9 months after hire.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in information technology, preferably in healthcare or other related field.
• Ability to address process requirements.
• Skilled at problem solving.
• Strong organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to minimally understand complex issues.
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with technical team, as well as leaders and end users.
• Must be available and accessible 24/7/365.
