About The Position

Epic Referrals & Authorizations Analyst (RTE/RTA) - Remote - 3-Month Contract (Extension Possible). We are seeking an Epic Referrals & Authorizations Analyst to support daily operations, workflow optimization, and new clinic build activities. The consultant will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to enhance patient access workflows and support an upcoming RTA go-live. Quarterly travel to Tallahassee is required for Epic upgrade activities. The RTA go-live is scheduled for October. This is a Contract position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

Requirements

• Epic Referrals Certification
• Epic Authorizations Certification
• Strong Epic Referrals, Authorizations, and Work Queue (WQ) experience
• Hands-on build, optimization, testing, and workflow analysis experience
• Experience supporting healthcare provider organizations

Nice To Haves

• Epic Prelude Certification
• Epic Cadence Certification
• Reporting/analytics experience
• Revenue cycle or patient access experience

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations, workflow optimization, and new clinic build activities.
• Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to enhance patient access workflows.
• Support an upcoming RTA go-live.
• Support operational incidents, requests, builds, and optimization initiatives.
• Assist with testing, upgrades, workflow improvements, and end-user support.
