About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives focused on operational performance, financial outcomes, and Epic optimization across Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), and Patient Access functions. This role will manage a portfolio of initiatives designed to improve revenue cycle performance through Epic enhancements, process optimization, claims automation technologies, and operational improvement programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of healthcare project management experience.
  • Strong experience managing Epic Revenue Cycle projects.
  • Knowledge of Hospital Billing (HB), Professional Billing (PB), and Patient Access workflows.
  • Experience leading financial outcome-focused healthcare initiatives.
  • Understanding of claims management, reimbursement optimization, and revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery for Epic Revenue Cycle initiatives across HB, PB, and Patient Access.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects focused on financial performance improvement and revenue optimization.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders, revenue cycle stakeholders, and Epic application teams.
  • Drive implementation of Epic optimization efforts and claims automation solutions.
  • Establish and monitor project KPIs related to financial, operational, and system performance improvements.
  • Facilitate project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure successful adoption of process and technology changes across revenue cycle operations.
  • Partner with leadership to identify additional opportunities for workflow efficiency and revenue enhancement.
