About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support physician billing workflows, charge capture, claims processing, and revenue optimization initiatives. This role will work closely with revenue cycle stakeholders to enhance system functionality and ensure accurate reimbursement.
Requirements
- Epic Resolute PB Certification
- 2+ years of Epic PB experience
- Strong knowledge of physician billing workflows
- Experience with claims, reimbursement, and revenue cycle processes

- Revenue cycle or physician billing experience
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Epic Resolute PB workflows
- Support charge capture, claims processing, and reimbursement cycles
- Perform system configuration, testing, and validation
- Troubleshoot billing issues and resolve claim edits/denials
- Collaborate with coding, billing, and finance teams
- Ensure compliance with payer regulations and billing guidelines
- Support system upgrades, optimizations, and go-live activities
- Develop documentation and provide end-user training
