About The Position

This position is a senior level analyst responsible for acquiring in-depth knowledge of the application, its software, architecture, and any interdependencies within the Mount Sinai landscape. It involves working independently on project tasks and leading the execution of tasks as part of application implementation and support, including system components, testing, and documentation of workflows and other project information. The role requires the ability to independently interact with clients, guide decision-making, and demonstrate critical thinking and follow-through when developing solutions to identified issues. The individual will be responsible for framework processes and methodologies involving departmental or cross-functional teams, and for planning, coordinating, and monitoring scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, resources, tasks, risks, staff, and deliverables. This position will also monitor the project from initiation through completion and organize and lead activities related to project management and completion. Additionally, this position consults with business partners to define requirements and develop solutions, demonstrating a high level of analytical and operational thinking and the ability to translate requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for IT solutions and integrating architecture.
