About The Position

The Epic Radiant Analyst is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing support of the Epic Radiant application. This role partners with radiology departments and IT teams to ensure workflows are aligned with operational needs and Epic system capabilities. The analyst supports radiology processes, enhances system performance, and ensures compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience with Radiology
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, IT, or a related field preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Epic HB (Hospital Billing) or other Epic modules a plus.
Previous experience with EHR implementation or optimization projects.
2+ years of experience supporting Epic Radiant.

Responsibilities

Monitor system performance to ensure reliability, accuracy, and optimal functionality.
Perform analysis, design, build, testing, and implementation activities for the Epic Radiant module.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Radiant functionality, including scheduling, imaging workflows, and PACS integrations.
Collaborate with radiology and imaging departments to assess needs and deliver effective solutions.
Support ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and optimization of the Radiant application.
Participate in cross-functional initiatives to ensure integration across Epic and related systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain documentation for workflows, build processes, testing, and training.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and HIPAA requirements.
Support interfaces and data exchange between Epic and external imaging systems such as PACS and RIS.
