About The Position

This Application Analyst serves as the primary resource for all customer-facing MyChart initiatives, including branding updates, questionnaire maintenance, and online scheduling configuration. This dedicated resource supports ongoing maintenance and enhancement needs for existing customers and play a key role in the implementation of new Community Connect partners. The analyst provides support during system upgrades, assist with testing and validation activities, and participate in on-call rotations. This role is available for remote work in most US locations.

Requirements

  • Epic certification in MyChart &/or Cadence (Required)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Configuration Management and Planning (Novice)
  • Technical Analysis (Novice)
  • Testing (Novice)
  • Product Knowledge (Novice)
  • Problem Management (Novice)
  • Business Knowledge (Novice)
  • 2 years relevant work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Epic Community Connect experience (a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops software to support clinical and operational workflows.
  • Analyzes clinical or operational workflows supported by the assigned products (Epic) and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.
  • May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures.
  • Supports clinical, administrative, financial, revenue, or operational implementations for assigned products which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users.
