About The Position

Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Epic Implementation Manager (Clinical) to lead enterprise-wide deployments across our national health system. You will drive end-to-end clinical application implementations, partner closely with clinical and executive leadership, and ensure successful adoption across complex care environments. This is a high-impact leadership role where your expertise shapes how care is delivered across dozens of hospitals. Lead enterprise-wide clinical Epic implementations across 50+ hospitals. Influence provider workflows, patient care, and clinical outcomes. Own delivery across full lifecycle: design → build → go-live. Lead and mentor large high-performing analyst teams. Partner directly with CMOs, Nursing Leadership, and Executives.

Requirements

Six (6) or more years of applicable work experience.
Minimum five (5) years of experience working with electronic medical record.
Experience leading an Epic implementation.
Experience leading large teams.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Minimum four (4) years of experience with an integrated healthcare information system preferred.
Minimum four (4) years of experience in project management preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Epic Program Manager, the Epic Implementation Manager oversees Revenue Cycle applications, and is responsible for managing all aspects of future Epic implementations at Prime hospitals.
The Implementation Manager will build relationships with hospital leadership to ensure corporate and local initiatives are incorporated into future implementations.
After each go-live, the Implementation Manager will oversee a comprehensive handoff to the Production Support team, ensuring a successful transition of support for the hospital.
The Implementation Manager will supervise performance of all analysts on their team, which is comprised of the applications in their domain Revenue Cycle.
In this role, you will serve as the driving force behind enterprise Revenue Cycle Epic implementations, leading hospitals through each phase of the journey; from early planning and workflow design to go-live and stabilization.
As a leader, you’ll not only deliver successful implementations, but also mentor and develop your team while building strong, lasting partnerships across the organization.
On any given day, you’ll collaborate with clinical and executive leaders to align system design with real-world care delivery, guide your team through build and testing milestones, and proactively navigate challenges to keep implementations on track.
You’ll be at the center of the action during go-live, ensuring teams are supported, workflows function as intended, and clinicians are set up for success.
