The Community Revenue Cycle Manager serves as the primary financial leader and subject matter expert for all private-pay revenue cycle activities across the Covenant Living Community. This role provides financial oversight, risk mitigation, and collaborative decision-making with campus executive leadership while maintaining hands-on accountability for resident billing, accounts receivable, and regulatory financial processes. Acting as the central point of coordination between Community Operations, Revenue Cycle, and Central Office Finance, this role ensures accurate revenue capture, timely cash collections, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The position owns complex resident financial matters, Medicaid eligibility oversight, entrance fee refund administration, and resident trust accounting, while serving as the escalation point for high-risk or sensitive financial issues. This role leads through influence rather than direct supervision and is accountable for the overall private-pay financial health of the campus.
