Organization: HealthIT Population Health PG Job Summary: The Epic Healthy Planet Application Analyst supports the Epic Healthy Planet module and other related applications by managing configuration, addressing day-to-day operational issues, resolving break/fix tasks, conducting maintenance, and assisting with upgrades. This role focuses on leveraging Epic Healthy Planet tools to support population health management, analytics, and reporting. The analyst will collaborate with end users, participate in testing, and engage in on-call rotations to ensure effective system performance and support departmental objectives. . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assists with the design, build, configuration, and support of Epic Healthy Planet workflows to meet clinical, administrative, financial, and operational needs. Analyzes clinical, administrative, financial, and operational workflows supported by Epic Healthy Planet, with an emphasis on population health management and interoperability . Provides support for Epic Healthy Planet implementations , including system testing, quality assurance, and reporting tasks. Develops and supports analytics, dashboards, and reports using Epic Healthy Planet tools to help drive data-informed decision-making. Collaborates with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements. Performs break/fix tasks , ensuring timely resolution of system issues and minimizing disruptions. Participates in system maintenance and upgrade projects , including testing and validation of new features. Assists with user training and provides documentation for workflows, processes, and system updates. Requirements

  • Relevant Work Experience Experience Level: 2 years
  • Education: Bachelor's

Nice To Haves

  • Epic Healthy Planet Certification or Epic Ambulatory Certification (required)
  • Experience with Epic reporting tools such as Reporting Workbench, Registries, SlicerDicer, or Radar Dashboards.
  • Basic knowledge of clinical workflows , care coordination , and population health management
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with end users and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
