The Senior Epic HB/SBO Analyst will provide hands-on functional support to revenue cycle staff, supervisors, and leadership during a critical post go-live stabilization period. This individual will troubleshoot billing workqueues, edit logic, payment posting exceptions, and account workflows, while coaching end users and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance and workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Epic HB analyst who combines strong technical application knowledge with deep revenue cycle operations expertise and a track record of delivering results in live production environments.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Epic HB experience including production support and post go-live stabilization.
  • Strong knowledge of Epic Single Billing Office (SBO) operations.

  • Experience monitoring operational performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently investigate and troubleshoot complex functional issues.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to travel to San Antonio, TX for up to 75% of the contract duration.
