About The Position

A large healthcare system is seeking a seasoned Epic Cupid Analyst with strong Radiant experience (certification preferred) to support a mix of project-based work and ongoing application support. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Interventional Radiology (IR) and Cath Lab workflows, along with hands-on experience in Epic build, configuration, and optimization.

Requirements

Epic Cupid certification (required)
Radiant certification (required or strongly preferred)
Strong experience supporting Cardiology and Radiology workflows
Hands-on expertise with Interventional Radiology (IR) and Cath Lab build
Proven experience in Epic configuration, implementation, and support
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities
Experience managing or contributing to Epic projects and deliverables

Nice To Haves

Radiant certification (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

Configure, build, and maintain Epic Cupid (Cardiology) and Radiant (Radiology) modules
Support Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab workflows with scalable, efficient solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and data issues
Ensure minimal disruption to clinical workflows and operations
Lead or support implementation and optimization projects
Ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope
Partner with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
Translate workflows into system specifications and build
Develop and execute test plans for new build and enhancements
Support system validation and quality assurance efforts
Collaborate with clinical teams, IT, and leadership
Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes
Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to team members
