About The Position
Epic Cheers Campaigns and CRM consultants are needed to assist with campaigns and outreach for the New England CDOs. This is a remote position.
Requirements
- Active Epic certification in Epic Cheers Campaigns and at least one additional application.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- At least 3 years of direct client-facing experience with healthcare domain knowledge such as clinical documentation workflows, patient portals, encounter closure, and patient flow management.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Epic implementation and/or support.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred applications: Ambulatory, Care Everywhere or EpicCare Link.
- Experience with Cheers, Campaigns, and CRM.
