Requirements

Advanced proficiency in Epic Revenue Cycle and active HB certification
A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills.
High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies.
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Epic Application support
Advanced proficiency in Epic Revenue Cycle and active Hospital Billing certification
High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Lead the support of the Epic HB, PB, and HIM applications, acting as the primary point of contact between client and offshore team.
Complete incidents and tasks and assign them to the team.
Coach and mentor offshore team members.
Develop and implement business solutions by leveraging industry, function, and business expertise.
Deliver functional and application designs that align with organizational goals.
Ensure that solutions represent both current and future business requirements.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes.
