Support the Epic HB, PB, and HIM applications as an onshore coordinator. You will collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with Epic Application support
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Revenue Cycle and active Hospital Billing certification
- High school diploma or GED
- High School Diploma/GED in relevant field of studies.

Responsibilities
- Lead the support of the Epic HB, PB, and HIM applications, acting as the primary point of contact between client and offshore team.
- Complete incidents and tasks and assign them to the team.
- Coach and mentor offshore team members.
- Develop and implement business solutions by leveraging industry, function, and business expertise.
- Deliver functional and application designs that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure that solutions represent both current and future business requirements.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes.
