About The Position

SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst for Professional Billing, with PB Admin or PB Claims certification. Epic build experience is required. Candidates must participate in the Epic Sphinx test as part of the consideration process. If a candidate has only one of the two Professional Billing credentials, they may be required to obtain the additional certification or proficiency within their first six months in the role. The role implements, develops, and maintains the Epic system and associated third-party systems. Analyst levels range from I to IV, with responsibilities and independence increasing by level. Analysts provide on-call support, interact with clients, follow software lifecycle standards, and contribute to patient safety and quality initiatives. The final level will depend on factors including demonstrated experience, Epic training status portfolio, and assessment of cultural norms. The general schedule is Monday through Friday during Eastern time business hours, with some flexibility. The position participates in an on-call rotation, and occasional coverage outside usual hours may be needed for special events or staffing requirements. The role is remote and requires an appropriate virtual home office environment. Occasional travel may be needed for Go-Live installations or training, by air, vehicle, or train. The role routinely uses computers, mobile devices, and standard office equipment.
