Epic Phoenix Analyst

MetaRPOSan Francisco, CA
Hybrid

About The Position

This role supports Epic Phoenix within Sutter Health’s transplant program, focusing on optimizing and standardizing workflows across outpatient transplant operations. The analyst will assess current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design improved workflows across referrals, evaluation, waitlist management, and longitudinal care. This is not a ticket-based support role. It requires hands-on experience with implementation-level workflow development and optimization and the ability to operate as an independent contributor. In the first 90 days, the analyst will learn current Epic and transplant workflows, build relationships with transplant stakeholders, conduct current-state workflow assessments, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve efficiency, care coordination, and patient experience.

  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Experience with cross-functional coordination, escalation, and project support
  • Proficiency in workflow analysis, process improvement, and operational standardization
